Where can I find Interconnector flow data?
Interconnector flow data for the last 5 days can be viewed on the Online services page of this site. Daily data back to 1998 can be downloaded from the Historic flows page.

When is the Interconnector shut for maintenance?
Maintenance shut-down dates are published on this website.

How do I become an Interconnector Shipper?
You can become a Shipper by purchasing or leasing capacity from an existing shipper. Details can be found on the How to become a Shipper page.

What is ISIS?
ISIS (or Interconnector Shippers Information System) is the software application used by Interconnector Shippers to manage the transportation of gas through the pipeline.

How do I connect to ISIS?
If you require ISIS access as an NTS Shipper only, services are now available via the Internet. To use full ISIS facilities as an IUK Shipper, a Wide Area Network Connection is recommended to ensure availability - Internet access is also available. Please contact us for details.

What training does Interconnector offer to new Shippers?
Interconnector can provide hands on training for ISIS and this is supported with a comprehensive interactive CD ROM.

How quickly can the pipeline switch from Forward Flow (UK export mode ) to Reverse Flow (UK import mode)?
The process to switch the flow direction takes approximately 12 hours.
